Sentra is designed to keep supported message-content analysis within the Outlook add-in wherever the current product architecture supports it. Licensing and tenant-management services are separated from message-content processing.

Administrative and service access is designed around explicit identity, authorization and least-privilege principles.

Operational transparency

We document deployment requirements, product behavior and support channels so administrators can understand how Sentra fits into their Microsoft 365 environment.
