Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 July 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Koriumz Email Protection and related Koriumz services, documentation, and websites.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By installing, accessing, deploying, or using Koriumz Email Protection, you agree to these Terms of Use.
When the product is deployed by an organization, the organization is responsible for authorizing its users and ensuring that use of Sentra complies with its internal policies and applicable requirements.
2. Product purpose
Sentra Email Protection is designed to help users review recipients, attachments, and selected sensitive-information patterns before sending email or meeting invitations from Microsoft Outlook.
Sentra is intended to provide an additional review and user-awareness control. It is not a replacement for Microsoft Purview DLP, antivirus software, malware analysis, legal review, or other organizational security controls.
3. Licence and permitted use
Subject to an applicable Sentra subscription, trial, order, or other authorization provided by Koriumz, Koriumz grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for internal business purposes.
Users may not:
- Copy or redistribute the product except as permitted
- Reverse engineer or attempt to derive protected source code
- Use the product to violate applicable law
- Interfere with the product or connected services
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to customer or Koriumz systems
- Remove product ownership, copyright, or attribution notices
4. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Assigning the product only to authorized users
- Reviewing and approving product configuration
- Maintaining appropriate Microsoft 365 administration controls
- Determining which policies and detections are suitable
- Responding to warnings, detections, and user actions
- Maintaining independent security, backup, and compliance controls
5. Detection limitations
Sentra uses configurable rules, pattern matching, attachment inspection, and related review mechanisms.
No detection method can identify every unsafe recipient, attachment, sensitive item, or data-loss event.
Sentra may produce false positives, false negatives, incomplete findings, or different results across Outlook clients and supported file formats.
6. Availability and changes
Koriumz may update, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, compatibility, performance, or product functionality.
Availability may be affected by Microsoft 365, Outlook, Microsoft Azure, customer networks, browser components, third-party services, or other dependencies outside Koriumz's control.
7. Preview and roadmap capabilities
Website descriptions, demonstrations, conceptual interfaces, and roadmap materials may describe planned or preview capabilities.
Planned capabilities are not guaranteed to be released by a specific date and should not be treated as currently available product functionality unless expressly identified as available.
8. Intellectual property
Koriumz and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the product, website, documentation, trademarks, designs, software, and related materials.
9. Confidentiality and customer information
Each party is responsible for protecting confidential information received from the other party and using it only for authorized purposes.
Processing of personal or customer information is also governed by the Koriumz Privacy Policy and any applicable contractual data-protection terms.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koriumz is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or capable of detecting every security or data-loss risk.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Koriumz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the product.
Any contractual liability limits applicable to a customer will be governed by the relevant order, subscription agreement, Marketplace terms, or separate written agreement.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated where required by law, where subscription rights expire, or where use materially violates these terms or threatens the security of the service.
13. Changes to these terms
Koriumz may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
